Do I need to change all our software?
We assess the tools already in use first. The scope depends on their integration options, access controls and the task you need to automate.
Are software subscriptions included?
Any hosting, platform or application charges are identified and agreed separately. We do not assume that an integration is free.
Can a workflow process sensitive information?
Data handling requires a separate assessment of the systems, permissions and contractual requirements. Begin with a process description rather than sensitive records.
